The property can be booked in three ways:

For couples: the Luxury Spa Suite downstairs provides indulgent but affordable short-term stays where you can enjoy sipping champagne in the spa while you watch the twinkling lights of Melbourne and the cosy flames of your gas log fire. Continental breakfast materials are provided along with complimentary chocolates and port.

Midweek $175 per couple per night, Friday and Sunday single night $195, Saturday $250 or Friday/Saturday $425 weekend price. Bookings can be made via the online booking system or by contacting Belvedere Chalet directly.

For families: if you require longer-term accommodation Belvedere Chalet is available as a "whole of house" option for extended stays of at least 7 days duration. The property will suit families in the process of relocating for work reasons from overseas or interstate, extended stays for insurance purposes or between houses when buying, selling or building. Both upstairs and downstairs areas are included, breakfast materials are provided for the first night, plus a supply of linen and towels. Guests are responsible for their own servicing and cleaning unless specifically requested, in which case an extra charge will apply.

Rates are for up to 6 people (charge for extra adults ($40) or extra children ($20) per night) and the property is offered at the very reasonable rate of $195 per night (7 night minimum).

For groups: if you require a whole house booking for one to six nights for a wedding group, girls' weekend away or family get together please feel free to contact us on the numbers provided. The whole house can be booked for up to ten people. Short term rates apply: $290 per couple (Saturdays: $350) plus $60 per extra adult and $20 per child per night. Rates include continental breakfast materials.
